Great! I'm glad all went well and hope the writers cramp from all those documents was soon eased. A closing is such fun! :-D
Now you get to spend some time contemplating the great decisions of every homeowner ... which chore to do first, what kind of lawnmower to buy .....
you are so lucky to have a house! we are still in the 1 bedroom apt on campus. we are looking though for a house and it's really hard to settle on one. a nice townhome in the area costs $180-$200k. i bet your house was not more than that in brainerd:) good ol' chicago:)
No it wasn't. Our house was significantly cheaper than that!
Look at that cute house! Our house is yellow, too; isn't that funny? But I have to say your garage looks a lot nicer. In fact, your whole house looks nicer! Congrats!!
