Today I had lunch with my friend Trevor. We talked about life, ministry and we also devoured 84 wings between the two of us. Next time well hit the century mark T!

How does that fit into your diet?
I am not a legalist! There are times when one must sacrifice for friendship and ministry.
Now that is the kind of sacrifice I want to see in our friendship...haha
